Return Policy, effective 5/15/09
My goal is for you to be so satisfied with products purchased from Karen’s Botanicals that you cannot wait to place another order. And while I love huge orders of products by new customers, I offer sample sizes and sets of almost every product at very affordable prices. I encourage you to try these before making large purchases, especially in skin care products and/or if you have highly sensitive skin. By trying samples first and avoiding the return of products, we can work together to reduce both the costs of unnecessary shipping and its attendant carbon emissions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Karen’s Botanicals, please contact us within 15 days of the receipt of your purchase with your order number. Please contact us at karen@karensbotanicals.com or call us at 610-926-6169 to authorize the return. Packages must be properly wrapped and returned using the same shipping service with which they were sent (normally, USPS Priority Mail).

We will issue you a full refund, credit or exchange, less shipping charges. We are sorry but Samples and Sample Sets are not refundable.

General Shipping Information
We normally ship Monday-Friday, within 24 hours. Our standard shipping is US Postal Service Priority Mail. This means that most domestic orders arrive within 3-4 business days. However, it can take up to a week, depending on timing and distance. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select Express Mail as your option or call us for other faster service options.

- If you do not receive your order within a week (domestic) or within 10 days (international), please notify us immediately.

- Shipping Charges for Samples and Sample Sets: If you place an order for samples or sample sets, you can save money on shipping by placing the order offline- that is, by placing the order with an email or a telephone call.

International Orders: International Orders are sent US Postal Service Priority Mail International or First Class Registered Mail. While this is more expensive than unregistered First Class, packages are trackable and delivery is guaranteed. Canadian Customers: You pay no duty tax as all products are made in USA.

International orders may be places through the website, email or telephone. We will contact you with exact shipping charge and for payment information.

Payment Methods
Orders placed online through the website must be paid through PayPal. If you prefer to use a credit card or check, please use the Offline Order Form on the website, email or telephone. We will contact you for payment information.
